How we protect your shippers, your list, and your name
Reactivation only works if your shippers are glad you called. These are the operating rules behind every campaign.
Manual, live calls
Every call is made by a person, in approved hours, using an approved script. We do not use prerecorded messages, AI-generated voices, or automated outbound sequences.
No cold texting
We do not send cold SMS. Email follow-up is added only when your brokerage approves the message and the contact process.
Rules in writing
You identify the list source, approved contacts, do-not-contact rules, scripts, calling windows, and handoff owner in writing. No list, no campaign.
Instant suppression
A stop-contact request ends all future campaign tasks for that contact right away, and we notify you the same day.
Least-access security
Every caller signs confidentiality and data-protection terms, gets a unique login, and sees only the records their work needs.
Return or delete
Within 10 business days after the campaign, active copies are returned or deleted, with written confirmation from approved contractors.
Rules we follow and why
Truthful calls and good records
The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule prohibits material misrepresentations in covered business-to-business calls and sets recordkeeping duties. Our agreements spell out who keeps which records, and we keep the campaign records assigned to us.
Email only when approved
Any follow-up email must meet CAN-SPAM requirements, including truthful headers and a working opt-out. We add email to a campaign only with your approval.
No AI voices on outbound calls
The FCC has confirmed that AI-generated human voices count as artificial or prerecorded voices under the TCPA. We keep them out of outbound campaigns.
Platform approval is not permission
Carrier registration and software approvals are technical requirements. They do not by themselves give permission to contact a person. Contact permission comes from your list source and your written rules.
Verified brokerages
We check a brokerage's identity and operating status through the FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot before we start.
Incident notice
If we suspect unauthorized access to your data, we tell you promptly. Our agreement sets a 48-hour outside limit for confirmed incidents, and we aim to act sooner.
This page describes how we operate. It is not legal advice. Every brokerage should have its own counsel review its calling, email, recording, and data practices.
Have shippers that went quiet?
Book a 20-minute discovery call. If you have a usable list and a salesperson ready for warm handoffs, we will scope a 10-day pilot. If not, we will tell you.
