Operating rhythm

What the 10 days look like

  1. Before day 1

    Setup and approvals

Terms, payment, list, scripts, suppression, approved caller, and your handoff owner.

  2. Every day

    Call, log, hand off

Check the queue and restrictions, call in approved hours, log outcomes, escalate live interest.

  3. Daily close

    Quality review

Review dispositions, sample calls, handoffs, and any stop-contact requests.

  4. Day 5

    Midpoint report

Short update. We fix list quality or follow-up gaps while there is time.

  5. Day 10

    Final report and review

Full results, a review call, and a clear monthly option if the numbers justify it.

  6. Within 10 business days after

    Data closeout

Your list is returned or deleted, with written confirmation.

Have shippers that went quiet?

Book a 20-minute discovery call. If you have a usable list and a salesperson ready for warm handoffs, we will scope a 10-day pilot. If not, we will tell you.
