Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about the pilot, the calls, and how we handle your data.
What is shipper reactivation?
Shipper reactivation is structured follow-up with shippers who used to move freight with your brokerage, or who asked for a quote and never heard back. We call those contacts, find out whether they have upcoming freight or bid opportunities, and pass anyone interested to your salesperson.
Do you quote rates or book loads?
No. We are a sales-support service, not a freight broker or carrier. We never quote rates, book loads, or arrange transportation. Your team owns every freight conversation after the handoff.
How much does the pilot cost?
The 10-business-day Bilingual Shipper Reactivation Pilot is a $750 fixed fee, paid before work starts. It covers up to 100 records and up to three manual call attempts per record.
Do you guarantee shipments or revenue?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work: approved calls, accurate dispositions, and fast warm handoffs. Your list quality and your team's follow-up decide the revenue.
Do you use robocalls, AI voices, or cold texting?
No. Every call is a live human call with a script you approve. We do not use prerecorded messages, AI-generated voices, or cold SMS.
Can you call Spanish-speaking shippers?
Yes. Our callers work in English and Spanish. We route by the contact's known preference or their request, never by a guess based on a name.
Who is a good fit for this service?
Established, non-asset U.S. freight brokerages with active authority, a real shipper history, at least 100 dormant shippers or stale quotes, and a salesperson ready to take warm handoffs. Standard dry van truckload freight is the best starting point.
Who is not a good fit?
Startup brokerages without a book of past shippers, teams with no one to handle interested contacts, lists with no clear source or suppression rules, and specialized freight like hazmat, oversized, or temperature-controlled loads as the main focus.
Where does the call list come from?
From you. We only call records you provide or approve, usually exported from your CRM or TMS. We never buy, rent, or scrape shipper lists.
Can you work inside our CRM, TMS, or dialer?
Yes, and we prefer it. Working in a system you control keeps your data in-house and every touch on your record. If a transfer is needed, we use a secure method you approve.
How fast do warm handoffs reach my team?
Same day. When a shipper shows interest, your named salesperson gets the contact's stated need, timing, and best callback time through the channel you choose.
What happens after the pilot?
You get a final report and a review call. If the handoffs were useful and your team followed up, we offer a defined monthly scope. If not, we part ways and your data is returned or deleted.
What happens to our data when the campaign ends?
Within 10 business days after the campaign, we return or delete active copies of your list and get written deletion confirmation from approved contractors.
How do you handle do-not-contact requests?
Immediately. A stop-contact request suppresses all future campaign tasks for that contact and triggers a notice to your brokerage the same day.
Do you send emails to our shippers?
Only if you approve the message and the contact process. The default pilot is live calls only. Any email follows CAN-SPAM, including a working opt-out.
Are you a freight broker?
No. Freight Revenue Partners is a sales-support service. We do not hold broker authority, quote freight, or arrange transportation.
Have shippers that went quiet?
Book a 20-minute discovery call. If you have a usable list and a salesperson ready for warm handoffs, we will scope a 10-day pilot. If not, we will tell you.
